Due to the fact that expanding the ERP Impuls system with the Employee Portal and Electronic Leave Approval modules proved to be too costly, it was decided to utilize the HR tools (workflows, work schedules, and absence calendars) available in the Bitrix24 system.

HR Process Expansion

A digital system for handling vacation requests and reporting absences, such as parental leave or unforeseen circumstances, was introduced. Employees gained flexible access to information about their vacation allowances and detailed data regarding their monthly pay components. These changes significantly streamlined HR processes and improved the overall work environment.

IQ.Leave Functionality

The HR functionality in Bitrix24 has been expanded with the IQ.leave application, allowing employees to request vacation based on unused vacation days and access pay slips from mobile devices.
